Roasted Ham
14-16 lb. Tender Choice© Boneless Ham Roast
2 1/2 T Kosher Salt
1/2 T Black Pepper



Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 300°.
Remove ham from refrigerator, mix together salt and pepper and rub seasoning all over ham roast. Let the ham roast sit out at room temperature for 30-45 minutes. Place ham in the oven in roasting pan and cook until an internal temperature of 145° is reached (approximately 4 1/2 hours). Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes, before slicing.
Slice the meat into 1/2" slices and enjoy with suggested side dishes!
